Can I use MedevIQ data in a published research paper?
Yes. The catalogue is CC-BY 4.0. Cite the Zenodo record (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20045443) and you are covered for any academic or non-commercial use, including Open and Research tier access.
How long does Research tier approval take?
Institutional email addresses from recognised universities and research organisations are approved automatically. All other applications are reviewed within 2 business days.
Is the Pro tier billed annually or monthly?
Pro is billed annually at ₹60,000 per year. Monthly billing is not available at this stage. Contact us if you need a different arrangement.
Can I upgrade from Research to Pro mid-year?
Yes. Your Research access continues until the Pro invoice is confirmed, then upgrades immediately. There is no gap in API access.
Do Enterprise and Government tiers have a minimum term?
Enterprise agreements are typically 1-year minimum. Government and Data Licensing terms are negotiated case by case.
